Your Career

The Senior UX/UI Designer is responsible for executing a UX Strategy based on functional and technical requirements and business objectives. The Designer delivers innovative solutions for complex professional services projects while providing an excellent client and end-user experience.

Your Impact
  • Conduct peer reviews to ensure leading practices and quality
  • Facilitate meetings, brainstorms, and design reviews
  • Initiates discussions to define system requirements, problems, and goals
  • Gathers requirements and feedback
  • Create initial design concept, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
  • Develop journey maps and user flows to visualize use cases
  • Present design artifacts and rationale
  • Conduct design QA
  • Manage and maintain the Figma design system
  • Learn and share product knowledge
  • Design sprints and design methodology
Your Experience
  • 5-10 years of UX/UI Design experience
  • 1-3 years of Agency experience or experience supporting multiple clients at a time
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform or similar Enterprise Solutions (SaaS)
  • Evidence of polished work examples or portfolio highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present solutions to clients
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex situations
  • Strong relationship management skills with all levels
  • Ability to design functional user interfaces for web-based products
  • Proficient in creating wireframes and high fidelity mockups
  • Working knowledge of design system and workflows
  • Ability to deliver high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and change
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field or demonstrated work experience
