Servos is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager with strong technical project management experience, a consultative mindset, and the ability to lead teams and clients through complex ServiceNow delivery engagements from strategy through execution.

You Are:
- An experienced IT project manager with 6+ years of experience leading technical teams and consistently delivering results.
- Comfortable communicating effectively with senior-level stakeholders within client organizations.
- Experienced across the full software development or implementation life cycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, training, and operational support, with experience delivering enterprise platform implementations, specifically with ServiceNow a plus.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects in complex environments, solving problems, and navigating ambiguity.
- Knowledgeable in Agile delivery, including project estimation, solution design reviews, documentation creation and review, and peer code reviews.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive product specifications and project plans while managing the full software development life cycle from inception through production launch and post-production support.
- Provide oversight, operational management, and project management for software development and operations and maintenance initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.
- Plan, organize, secure, and manage resources to ensure successful delivery of program and project goals.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks while adapting to changing priorities across multiple initiatives.
- Contribute to the growth of the ServiceNow practice by developing collateral, improving methodologies, supporting internal training, and advancing best practices.
