Who we are looking for:

We’re hiring a Senior SEO Manager to lead organic strategy, uncover high-impact growth opportunities, and serve as the SEO client lead across a portfolio of high-performing eCommerce and DTC clients. You’ll own strategic roadmaps, conduct in-depth audits, prioritize technical initiatives, and drive measurable impact across traffic, rankings, and revenue.

In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with paid media, content, and development teams to ensure SEO is fully integrated into broader growth strategies. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building and innovating, and is excited to play a key role in the growth and evolution of an SEO department with significant long-term growth potential.

The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of hands-on execution and big-picture thinking, with the ability to translate business goals into impactful SEO strategies. You will contribute to internal knowledge building, process development, and team mentorship in a fast growing department. DTC and ecomm experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy, execution, and deliverables across 4–6 client accounts independently

  • Own end-to-end SEO strategy and execution across all core deliverables and processes

  • Manage day-to-day client communication and relationships (email, calls, meetings)

  • Analyze performance data to build comprehensive, goal-driven SEO strategies

  • Execute on-page SEO optimizations (metadata, content, URLs, site structure)

  • Conduct technical audits, competitive analyses, and site architecture reviews

  • Develop and implement off-site strategies, including link building and partnerships

  • Lead content strategy and recommendations aligned to SEO goals

  • Deliver performance reporting, build client-facing presentations, and contribute to team development and training

  • Support new business efforts, including pitch development and occasional participation in presentations

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of SEO experience

  • Experience managing SEO campaigns start to finish, concept to execution

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Webtrends, Coremetrics, Hitwise, or other major web analytics programs.

  • Experience speaking to AEO/GEO strategies and outcomes

  • Knowledgeable in HTML- you should be able to read code and identify certain elements.

  • A strong work ethic and internal drive to succeed

  • Previous experience with Brightedge, Moz, SEMRush or other SEO software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and objectives

  • Self starter motivated to grow
