The Team

You’ll be part of the Segment Marketing team, a strategic group of marketers who own go-to-market success for our key customer segments. This team brings deep curiosity, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on results—partnering closely with sales, product marketing, and demand gen to ensure our messaging and experiences truly land. You’ll be surrounded by smart, driven teammates who love testing, learning, and iterating together.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strategic thinker with deep understanding of the enterprise buyer journey and how to engage complex organizations

  • Experience owning integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue within Enterprise accounts

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) frameworks and experience activating 1-1 and 1-few programs

  • Strong collaboration skills with a proven track record of working side-by-side with sales on account strategy, messaging, and activation

  • Ability to execute campaigns across multiple channels—digital, email, events, executive experiences, and more

  • Hands-on experience creating compelling content and messaging tailored to enterprise buyers

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and timelines

  • Comfortable with marketing tech tools like Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, and analytics platforms

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurement, optimization, and continuous improvement

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly within industries like banking, retail, CPG, or software, is a plus
