- Support a high-visibility HR benefits vendor integration project with an aggressive implementation timeline.
- Serve as the bridge between business teams, developers, integration teams, and external vendors.
- Lead approximately 50% of the workload around testing and test coordination.
- Develop and manage test requirements, test scenarios, execution, defects, and retesting.
- Use qTest as the test management system. Prior qTest experience is preferred but not required.
- Analyze SAP HCM data flowing to downstream systems.
- Investigate integration failures and determine whether issues are related to source data, mapping, transformation logic, or downstream processing.
- Gather business and technical requirements for an internal simulator tool.
- Define how encrypted integration data can be presented to business users for daily troubleshooting and research.
- Work with developers on requirements, solution design, and proof of concepts.
- Support testing, implementation, cutover, go-live, and Hypercare activities.
- Document data requirements, mappings, business rules, and integration processes.
- 7+ years of business systems analysis, SAP functional analysis, integration, or related experience.
- Strong SAP HCM experience preferred.
- SAP ECC experience is acceptable. S/4HANA is not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of SAP HR data structures and infotypes.
- Experience understanding how HR data moves from SAP to external systems.
- Ability to analyze field mappings, transformation logic, and integration failures.
- Strong experience gathering technical and data requirements.
- Experience leading functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience supporting enterprise implementations with aggressive timelines.
- Ability to work directly with technical teams on integration troubleshooting.
