DUTIES: Design and develop critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas to support the organization's business objectives. Work to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, scalable way. Define corporate software strategy for new technology, highly complex features, and significant enhancements for current, new, and major programs. Participate in comprehensive design analysis of design solution. Work on integration and verification testing for an integrated software build. Drive Salesforce enhancements and improvements. Build integrations between Salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes. Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes to the Salesforce.com platform. Customize, develop, and support solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. Hybrid Work Policy - 3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote - Must Be Able to Report To Listed Local Office.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study and Five (5) years of experience as a Salesforce Enterprise Architect, Salesforce Engineering Lead, Senior Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Developer, or related role. Five (5) years of experience in the following: Programming with Force.com (APEX, Lightning Web Components), JavaScript (ES6), and ReactJS; Designing and developing large scale technology solutions with substantial insights into Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities; Object Oriented (OO) design patterns; Salesforce's SOQL and SOSL, Security model, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter, and Force.com product offerings; Salesforce Lightning UI design; User-based security models; Database concepts and data modeling design; Data migration design, plan and run; Modeling and application design and architecture; Automated testing, including unit testing and functional testing; Web Services, including SOAP and REST; System migrations; and Agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.

Compensation:
- The expected base compensation for this role is $264,514 to $269,100 Annually.
- Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
- Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
