We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Functional Administrator with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ to lead and manage our quote-to-cash processes. This role is central to ensuring our CPQ configuration is efficient, scalable, and aligned with our revenue operations. You will be the go-to expert for CPQ administration and support, while also handling core Salesforce platform management and optimization.
What you'll do:
- Salesforce CPQ Administration & Support (Primary Focus)
- Design, configure, and manage Salesforce CPQ: product rules, pricing methods, quote templates, quote-to-order process, and approval workflows
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to optimize the CPQ lifecycle
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, including pricing logic, product configuration, and quote generation
- Monitor system usage and recommend CPQ enhancements to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, sharing rules, permission sets, and data access controls
- Maintain and extend custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
- Build and maintain automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
- Use Data Loader and related tools for large-scale data imports, exports, and maintenance
- Create and maintain complex reports and dashboards to support Sales and Executive teams
- Monitor system data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and enforce data governance policies
- Serve as the subject matter expert for CPQ and Salesforce platform processes
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and document system configurations
- Identify and implement best practices in Salesforce usage, especially for the quote-to-cash lifecycle

Who you are:
- Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, including 2+ years of direct Salesforce CPQ administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong experience with: Salesforce Lightning FlowsSOQL (basic proficiency in Apex is a plus), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Demonstrated success managing complex CPQ implementations and supporting quote-to-order workflows
- Solid understanding of Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, Gearset, Copado)
- You must be work-authorized in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
- Certifications (two or more strongly preferred): Salesforce Certified Administrator (required), Salesforce CPQ Specialist (strongly preferred), Salesforce Advanced Administrator (required), Salesforce Platform App Builder (a plus)
- Preferred Experience: Experience with Revenue Cloud and/or Billing systems, Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with ERPs and third-party pricing/contracting tools, Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
This position is primarily a hybrid role based in our Toronto, ON office. Our strong preference is for candidates who can commute to this location.
