We are seeking highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions, implementing best practices, and ensuring that our Salesforce platform is optimized for both functionality and performance. You will work on a range of projects, from building custom features to optimizing existing processes, collaborating cross-functionally to drive innovation and enhance platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: 

• Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other Salesforce technologies 

• Testing Best Practices: Advise on and implement Apex and Jest LWC unit testing best practices, ensuring that testing is efficient and aligned with development standards. Create and maintain robust unit tests, ensuring that all custom Salesforce code is thoroughly tested to meet quality standards 

• Design Patterns & Frameworks: Implement enterprise-level design patterns and frameworks to ensure that Salesforce applications scale effectively while maintaining best practices. 

• Process & Performance Improvement: Analyze organizational capabilities to identify areas for process optimization and performance enhancement, providing actionable recommendations. 

• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Use relevant industry standard tools  to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, system configurations, and data management problems. 

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive platform innovation, support DevOps maturity, and contribute to the overall success of the Salesforce ecosystem. 
• Complex Data Load Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex data load issues, including governor limits, performance issues, process builder challenges, and Apex timeouts, ensuring that data loads are accurate and efficient.
  
  

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Saleforce APIs, Javascript frameworks and Lightning Web Components (LWC). 

• Strong experience with Salesforce development lifecycle, including deployment and testing processes. 

• Salesforce certification: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

Skills & Expertise: 

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Salesforce DX and the Salesforce platform. 

• In-depth understanding of unit testing frameworks, including Jest for LWC and Apex unit testing. 

• Experience implementing enterprise-level design patterns and frameworks . 

• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform limits, performance tuning, and optimization techniques. 

• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience using Salesforce developer tools, debug logs, and performance monitoring tools. 

• Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Git) to support continuous integration and deployment. 

• Knowledge of OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and security models within Salesforce. 

• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems  

• Familiarity with CodeScan or CodeAnalyzer 

Preferred: 

• Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Require attainment of this certification Within 12 months of hire) 

• Other preferred certifications: Sales & Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant & Javascript Developer-I 

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and deployment automation. 

• Knowledge of advanced data load techniques and tools, such as Data Loader and Salesforce APIs. 

• Familiarity with Integration tools (Mulesoft) 

• Knowledge of Agentforce
