We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Analytics Engineer to take ownership of our CRMA practice. You’ll build the dashboards, pipelines, and data foundations our Sales, Service, and Operations teams rely on to make fast, confident decisions. Near-term it’s all CRMA. Soon, you’ll help us grow into Tableau Next and AI-driven analytics as those use cases become the right fit.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain CRMA dashboards, lenses, and datasets across the business, from exec KPI views to day-to-day operational reporting
- Write SAQL queries, build dataflows and recipes, and keep datasets performing reliably, and recipes documented
- Set up row-level security, sharing rules, and access controls across reporting environments
- Keep dashboards fast and data fresh, tuning performance and refresh schedules as the org grows
- Help us extend into Salesforce Data Cloud where it makes sense, connecting external data and working toward unified customer profiles
- Work closely with architects, and business analysts to scope requirements and build the right solutions
- Own problems when things break, tracing issues through data quality, pipeline logic, and dashboard behavior
- Mentor junior team members, set standards for how we build in CRMA, and keep documentation in good shape
What You Bring
- 7+ years on the Salesforce platform, at least 4 in CRM Analytics
- Hands-on depth in SAQL, dataflows, recipes, datasets, bindings, and dashboard JSON
- Good working knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security setup, and how Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data feeds into reporting
- You’ve built complex dashboards that leadership actually opens every week, every month
- Solid SOQL, SQL, and data modeling fundamentals
- Comfortable working in Git and shipping iteratively
- Real experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations
- Authorization to work in the U.S. required: Temporary visas such as H1, L, B, J, TN or those who need sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.
Nice to Have
- Real experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations
- Experience with Tableau Next, particularly for analytics that go beyond what CRMA handles natively
- MuleSoft, Snowflake, or other integration and data warehouse tools
- Python for moving or shaping data
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (highly preferred)
