We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Senior Salesforce Administrator. This position plays a key role in bridging the gap between our sales team and Salesforce engineers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient implementation of requested features and improvements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team's success through the management, optimization, and continuous enhancement of our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison Between Sales and Engineering Teams
    Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team and Salesforce engineering team. Gather, clarify, and prioritize feature requests from the sales team, ensuring these are communicated clearly and effectively to engineers for development.

  • Salesforce Platform Management
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, ensuring that it is fully optimized to meet the needs of the sales team. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing maintenance.

  • Feature Implementation & Prioritization
    Work with the sales team to understand their evolving needs, and prioritize the development and implementation of new features or enhancements in Salesforce. Ensure that requested features align with business goals and are delivered on time.

  • Salesforce Training & Support
    Provide training and support to the sales team on the use of Salesforce tools, features, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce for both the sales team and other relevant departments.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Sales, IT, Marketing, and Operations—to understand cross-functional requirements and ensure that the Salesforce platform is optimized for their needs.

  • Documentation & Reporting
    Maintain thorough documentation for Salesforce configurations, workflows, and processes. Provide regular updates and reports to management on platform usage, feature requests, and ongoing development progress.

  • Continuous Improvement & Optimization
    Regularly evaluate the Salesforce platform for opportunities to improve efficiency, user experience, and alignment with sales strategies. Recommend system enhancements and work with the engineering team to implement best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration or a similar role, preferably in a sales-driven environment.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce features, customization, and integrations.

  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce developers.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships between cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Salesforce certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) is a plus.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
