The Role

This Salesforce Administrator provides technical support directly to CentralSquare's Business Applications with a primary focus on the Salesforce platform. They work with internal team members to diagnose problems and resolve questions by troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues using independent discretion under limited supervision.

 Job Duties:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve sophisticated and escalated technical business application support issues for CentralSquare personnel
  • Give feedback, discuss design issues, investigate problems, and develop solutions to meet the technological needs of users
  • Develop technical documents, instructions, and training for CentralSquare personnel
  • Work to possess in-depth knowledge of the organization's processes, products, and services
  • Recognized as subject matter expert and advanced individual contributor professional
  • Considered subject matter expert within discipline
  • Extensive latitude for independent judgment
  • Mentor less-experienced team members
  • Cross-organizational requirements gathering for small to medium sized projects
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the organization related to new processes or capabilities
  • Stay current on emerging technology and industry best practices
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, its capabilities as well as being able to configure/develop proofs of concept and sandbox solutions
  •  Demonstrate strong understanding of the Salesforce platform’s best practices for solution implementation
  • Ability to understand Salesforce platform functionality/concepts and present them in simple terms to non-technical team members and project stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technologies or similar, or equivalent years of professional experience
  • 5+ years of SalesForce technical or functional administration
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification - highly desired
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Strong communication skills with capability of interfacing with all level of organization
  • Strong internal motivation - must have the ability to work independently but also contribute as part of a cohesive team
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in multiple ongoing initiatives
  • Strong change management and enablement skills
