Our Newest Opportunity: 

Responsible for administration, ongoing improvement, and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM system for the Financial Services department, Including both the Wealth Management and Retirement Plan Services teams.  This position is responsible for fielding Salesforce and Platform requests, managing the integrity of the pipeline, opportunity, and customer data.  This position is also responsible for assisting with the review, implementation, and on-going maintenance of Platform Solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

•     Develop and maintain Salesforce.com applications

•     Gather and analyze business requirements for system changes and enhancements

•     Work on project teams to develop more robust and comprehensive Salesforce solutions

•     Map, migrate and integrate data in Salesforce as needed

•     Design and implement solutions using the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports

•     Customize database: Create new fields, workflows, page layouts and complex formulas

•     Manage and monitor data integrity and security.

•     Develop and deliver Salesforce training.  Maintain the accuracy and completeness of Salesforce training materials.

•     Provide training and support to end users on the Salesforce platform and tool suite best practices, enhancements, and apps

•     Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.

•     Complete project and programming work on other software and/or systems as assigned.

•     Work as part of a project team to coordinate tool suite technology development and determine project scope and limitations

•     Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications.

•     Create policies, procedures, and formal training manuals; maintain and update on an on-going basis

•     Answer user inquiries regarding tool suite, computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems

•     Refer major software problems to vendors for service; manages vendor/consultant relationship

•     Collaborate with third-party consultants to develop and test future product enhancements

•     Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

•     Collaborate with IT team members to ensure data integrity and system stability

•     Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, and provide recommendations for improvement

•     Stay up to date with new Salesforce features and functionality, and provide recommendations for adoption

•     Create and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $100,000 to $110,000 per year 

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
