As a Senior Sales Trainer at Rapid7, you will be a key part of the Growth Enablement organization at Rapid7. You will be responsible for co-owning the administration, management, and execution of the global new hire onboarding program for our go-to-customer ("GTC") teams. You will play a key role in delivering a best-in-class enablement experience that accelerates time-to-productivity and aligns new talent with the company's sales strategy and customer-centric culture.

The Growth Enablement team is responsible for developing and managing training and enablement programs that align with Rapid7's strategies and market approach. From new hire onboarding to role-based ongoing education, we focus on equipping our customer-facing teams with the knowledge and skills they need to be successful across the full customer lifecycle. Our goal is to drive long-term impact by ensuring every member of the Go-To-Customer organization is set up to contribute effectively from day one and beyond.

In this role you will focus on:
- New Hire Program Leadership
Design, manage, and continuously improve the multi-faceted go-to-customer new hire training experience globally, ensuring smooth execution and measurable impact on ramp metrics. - Training Facilitation & Delivery
Lead and facilitate engaging, interactive onboarding sessions and workshops for new GTC team members, aligning content with business goals and team-specific requirements. - Instructional Design & Content Development
Build and update enablement content using instructional design best practices. Translate complex concepts into digestible, actionable learning materials tailored to diverse cybersecurity roles. - Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Recruiting, Sales Leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure training is accurate, timely, and aligned with current GTM strategies. - Strategic Projects
Support growth enablement and sales leadership with high-priority projects such as training launches, process enhancements, and change management initiatives. - Program Optimization
Leverage feedback and performance data to iterate on learning experiences. Use a data-driven approach to improve engagement, retention, and training effectiveness. - Adaptability & Agility
Operate with agility in a fast-changing environment, quickly adapting to shifting priorities, stakeholder needs, and emerging business challenges.
The Skills you'll bring include:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or related fields
- Proven ability to manage training programs end-to-end, including scheduling, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment
- Strong instructional design and content development skills, with experience using tools such as Articulate, Highspot, or LMS platforms
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and leaders in a global context
- Exceptional communication, organization, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated success operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Passion for learning, adaptability, and enabling others to succeed
