As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will support the business in the following ways:

  • Partner closely with business stakeholders from Revenue, Sales, and Finance to solve key business challenges
  • Create informative dashboards and visualizations that track key performance indicators (KPIs) like revenue, sales pipeline health, customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) 
  • Perform in-depth statistical analyses to understand and predict stage-by-stage funnel conversion, win-loss rates, revenue volume and trends, sales team performance, customer growth opportunities and churn
  • Design and execute data-driven experiments to optimize pricing strategies, sales campaigns and customer retention efforts
  • Build and maintain high-quality data sources and models to support scalable analytics, focusing on sales and customer data
  • Identify actionable insights that directly impact revenue growth and sales efficiency

Who You Are

You are an experienced Senior Sales Operations Analyst who is excited about solving problems with data and inspired by our mission to create opportunity through mobility and powerfully impact kids’ lives. You are adept at extracting timely, actionable insights from sales data and communicating them in a clear and concise manner. You are a curious, motivated, growth-minded team player and bring the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years in a data-intensive, analyst role at a technology company, specifically focused on sales and/or marketing analytics (e.g., on Biz Ops, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops and/or Analytics/BI teams)
  • Sound knowledge of analytical and statistical methods, with a focus on cohort analysis, full funnel conversion analysis (from lead to MQL to SQL to closed won), win-loss analysis and predictive modeling for revenue forecasting 
  • Expert with dashboarding tools (Tableau preferred); on-the-job experience using Python/ R to manipulate and explore data, perform analysis and create visualizations 
  • Fluent in complex SQL queries on big data sets; able to create performant data models; experience
    working with Salesforce, including data charts and integrations; experience with Snowflake and dbt a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story with data to executive and sales leadership
  • Analytically-minded with the ability to understand true business needs and translate them into data and analysis for the sales team
  • Collaborative problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial attitude and results-oriented mind set

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $140,000. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
