About the RoleAs a Sales Engineer at Synthflow, you’ll be the technical backbone of our sales organization — helping enterprise prospects understand, evaluate, and envision the impact of Synthflow’s AI phone agent solutions.
You’ll combine deep technical knowledge with compelling communication and storytelling to uncover customer pain points, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate the power of our platform. You’ll work side-by-side with Account Executives, acting as a trusted advisor who bridges sales, product, and engineering to ensure every customer engagement is technically sound, strategically aligned, and impactful.
This is a pre-sales role focused on technical discovery, solution design, proof-of-concepts, and technical win.
Your ResponsibilitiesPartner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to understand customer goals, challenges, and technical environments.
Lead technical discovery sessions to assess fit, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable AI phone agent solutions.
Design and present tailored demos, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept (POCs) that illustrate Synthflow’s capabilities in real-world scenarios.
Deliver clear, compelling technical presentations for both executive and technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, performant, and aligned with product capabilities.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with precision and clarity.
Own the technical validation process, ensuring that prospects clearly see how Synthflow can deliver value and scale within their infrastructure.
Gather and relay customer feedback to influence roadmap priorities and messaging.
Act as a trusted technical advocate who can articulate the “why” behind Synthflow’s technology and its business impact.
You have 3–6 years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting role.
You excel at technical storytelling — translating complex technology into clear business value.
You have hands-on familiarity with APIs, CRMs, telephony systems, or workflow automation tools.
You understand enterprise sales cycles and how to navigate technical validation and procurement processes.
You’re comfortable building demos or lightweight prototypes to illustrate solutions.
You thrive on collaboration — working closely with both technical and commercial teams.
You’re curious, customer-obsessed, and motivated by helping prospects achieve clarity and confidence in their buying decision.
Experience with AI, LLMs, conversational systems, or automation platforms.
Background in enterprise SaaS or contact center technology.
Proven track record of influencing large or complex technical deals.
Experience presenting to C-suite and technical audiences alike.
