About the Role:
Dragos is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to help scale our sales organization and boost performance across our global teams. In this high-impact role, you’ll support the development and execution of enablement programs that accelerate onboarding, reinforce learning and empower non-technical sales professionals to thrive. You’ll collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations and subject matter experts to deliver engaging content, tools and training experiences that improve effectiveness and drive growth. We’re looking for a proactive team player who’s passionate about aligning enablement efforts to business outcomes, optimizing sales productivity and building programs that support both individual development and team success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop deep knowledge of Dragos solutions and create enablement content, curriculum and tools that align with sales methodology and buyer journey.
- Design and deliver 30/60/90-day onboarding plan for new hires, including in-person training, e-learning, peer mentorship and assessments.
- Develop and manage post-onboarding reinforcement programs to ensure retention and application of training concepts, including skills assessments and coaching frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to gather materials, develop content and ensure accuracy and relevance across use cases.
- Own the learning content library: maintain, organize, archive and continuously improve training content, ensuring resources remain current, accessible and aligned with product updates.
- Design and deliver role-based enablement for specific sales roles (BDRs, AEs, SEs) addressing their unique needs and skill gaps.
- Create practical enablement assets including job aids, call scripts, objection handling guides, and competitive battle cards.
- Facilitate live workshops and skill-building sessions focused on core selling skills such as discovery, demos, and deal strategy.
- Assist with other enablement projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Instructional Design or a related role, with demonstrated experience designing training programs.
- Proven experience designing and delivering sales onboarding and enablement programs using various delivery methods (virtual, in-person, on-demand).
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) and the ability to apply them to training design.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or technology sales processes and roles.
- Solid instructional design skills and understanding of adult learning principles.
- Experience creating engaging learning content including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive assets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present to diverse audiences.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity.
- Passion for sales, learning, and enabling others to succeed.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
- Experience with cybersecurity, ICS/OT, or technical sales environments
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and enablement platforms
- Background in creating assessments or skill validations
Compensation:
