We are a fast-scaling India-based technology services agency generating. We work with global clients across complex engineering, DevOps, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives. We are now expanding our enterprise footprint in the United States.
Objective
Bring in large enterprise deals in the US market. Own the full acquisition cycle from prospecting to close.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage enterprise-level prospects in the US.
Build and run outbound programs targeting CIOs, CTOs, VPs, and decision-makers.
Qualify opportunities, run discovery, define scope, and shape deals aligned to our delivery strengths.
Lead enterprise pitches, proposals, and negotiation.
Manage long-cycle consultative sales with predictable pipeline discipline.
Coordinate with delivery leadership for scoping, pricing, and pre-sales engineering support.
Hit revenue targets tied to enterprise deal closures.
Requirements
7–12+ years of experience selling technology services to US enterprises.
Strong track record of closing five-figure to seven-figure service deals.
Solid network among enterprise IT, engineering, or digital transformation leaders.
Deep understanding of service-based sales: cloud, DevOps, managed services, engineering teams, or adjacent areas.
Ability to operate independently without internal hand-holding.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and proposal-building skills.
Comfortable working entirely on a contract/commission model.
Compensation
Commission-heavy structure.
High upside for candidates with strong enterprise connections and proven closing ability.
