Reports to: Strategic Projects & Execution Manager

Location: Remote US

Compensation Range: $135,000 to $150,000 base plus bonus and equity

What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

We’re seeking a hands-on delivery leader to keep our Salesforce and RevOps teams organized, efficient, and delivering measurable business value quickly—without unnecessary bureaucracy. Reporting to the Strategic Project & Execution Manager, you’ll define and evolve our delivery framework, bringing the best of Agile/Scrum while maintaining the flexibility RevOps demands. You’ll translate business priorities into actionable plans, remove blockers, and align business and technical teams to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions. This role requires both an understanding of Salesforce development and a knack for balancing process discipline with speed to value.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Team Rhythm (Without the Red Tape)

  • Lead practical, right-sized ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) - adapted to fit our team’s pace and priorities.
  • Establish and maintain a visible and organized Salesforce project backlog that allows for quick pivots when high-priority needs arise.

Drive Delivery & Remove Blockers

  • Proactively identify and clear roadblocks to keep work moving.
  • Anticipate potential delivery risks and work with the team to mitigate them early.
  • Ensure rapid-response items can be handled without derailing ongoing work.

Business & Technical Alignment

  • Partner with RevOps leaders, business stakeholders, and the Salesforce team to ensure priorities are clear, feasible, and aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Help translate business requests into actionable technical work items, ensuring clarity and shared understanding.
  • Influence roadmap discussions by highlighting delivery capacity, system dependencies, and business impact.

Enable High-Performing Teams

  • Foster an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles while encouraging pragmatic application over rigid adherence.

Metrics & Transparency

  • Track delivery health metrics (e.g., cycle time, backlog aging, throughput) to guide planning and improve predictability.
  • Use insights to guide planning, set realistic expectations, and improve throughput over time.

Release Coordination

Work with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and other business stakeholders to plan and coordinate Salesforce releases, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 3+ years in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or similar role in a technology-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects, and business teams, and understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle (from requirements to deployment).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities (declarative + programmatic), enough to speak the language and understand dependencies.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of balancing structured delivery with the flexibility to handle urgent business needs.
  • Servant-leader mindset with a focus on enabling teams to deliver their best work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or similar - though practical experience is valued over strict methodology.
  • Salesforce Admin or Developer certification is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools - Gearset preferred (e.g., Azure DevOps, Salesforce DX, Copado).
  • Experience blending Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) in fast-moving business environments.
  • Experience working in a RevOps or sales technology environment.

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
