Array is seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment and the connected systems that power our go-to-market operations. This role will ensure our tools, data, and processes work seamlessly across Sales, Marketing, and Legal - supporting efficiency, visibility, and scalability across the organization.
You Will:
- Administer and enhance Salesforce, including user management, permissions, reports, dashboards, automations, and data quality.
- Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner for integrated tools, including:
- Ironclad – Contract lifecycle management and Salesforce integration
- ZoomInfo and Apollo – Data enrichment, prospecting, and sync management
- Gong and Gong Engage – Conversational intelligence and outbound sequencing
- Datagroomr – Data deduplication and hygiene
- TaskRay – Project management and implementation workflows
- Manage system integrations and data flow between Salesforce and connected platforms.
- Maintain data accuracy, governance, and deduplication standards across systems.
- Partner with Sales, Legal, and Marketing teams to optimize processes and system efficiency.
- Support new tool evaluations, onboarding, and vendor management within the GTM tech stack.
- Create and maintain documentation and training materials for users across departments.
- Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.
You Have:
- 3–5 years of Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred).
- Hands-on experience with several tools in our GTM stack: Ironclad, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Gong, TaskRay, Datagroomr, or similar.
- Strong understanding of data management, integrations, and process automation.
- Experience supporting Sales, Legal, or Marketing operations.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally.
- A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.
Pay Transparency: $130,000+ based on experience
