About this role:

We are seeking an analytical and collaborative Senior Revenue Operations Manager to support Coursera’s enterprise business across the Americas. In this role, you will partner closely with regional sales leaders and the global Revenue Operations team to improve forecast accuracy, strengthen pipeline management, and turn business data into actionable insights.

You will own key regional operating processes, including forecasting, performance reporting, and business reviews, while helping sales teams work more efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build dashboards, translate analysis into action, and use AI and automation to improve how the business operates.

About your skills:

Sales Operations: Core discipline for managing and optimizing sales processes, supporting teams, and aligning strategies with business objectives in this regional role.

Business Analytics: Essential for analyzing pipeline, forecasting, and performance data to develop insights and drive business planning decisions.

Data Integration: Important for combining data from Salesforce, Databricks, and other sources to create unified reporting and analysis for leadership.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Serve as a trusted operations partner to AMER sales leaders, providing insights and recommendations that support revenue growth and business performance.

  • Manage the regional forecasting cadence across new business, expansion, and renewals; challenge assumptions, identify risks and upside, and improve forecast accuracy.

  • Analyze pipeline coverage, creation, conversion, deal progression, and sales productivity to identify trends and recommend actions to close performance gaps.

  • Drive pipeline hygiene and CRM data quality through clear reporting, regular follow-up, and accountability with sales managers and representatives.

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Tableau, using data from sources such as Databricks to give leaders and sellers reliable visibility into performance, pipeline health, and priority actions.

  • Prepare analyses and concise business narratives for monthly and quarterly business reviews, translating findings into clear recommendations for leadership.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and global Revenue Operations to align on metrics, reporting, and regional business priorities.

  • Support territory and account planning, target setting, and coverage analysis in partnership with sales leadership and central planning teams.

  • Identify, build, and implement AI-assisted workflows and automation that reduce manual reporting, improve data quality, and streamline recurring sales operations processes.

  • Use tools such as Gong and Claude to surface deal insights, support pipeline reviews, and accelerate analysis; validate AI-generated outputs before using them in business decisions.

  • Support the standardization of processes, reporting, and tools across teams, including integration initiatives and change adoption as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, business operations, or a related analytical role, with experience supporting B2B sales teams.

  • Demonstrated experience managing sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting in a SaaS or recurring revenue business.

  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including building models and translating complex data into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including opportunity management, data quality, and reporting.

  • Experience with annual planning, territory design, sales capacity modeling, and sales compensation.

  • Experience partnering with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to solve operational problems and influence decisions.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and business audiences.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities, take ownership of deliverables, and work effectively through ambiguity.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
