Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Data Analyst to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and enhance visibility to business performance. The ideal candidate will be an innovative self-starter and possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in PowerBI (or similar), Excel and Salesforce, and be able to work cross-functionally with finance, sales, marketing, and customer success teams. This role reports to the Director of GTM Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:• Revenue Planning/Forecasting: Improve forecast accuracy and process. Develop models for revenue projections, capacity planning, and resource allocation. Create quota database and process for managing account movement.• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze revenue data, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights for various initiatives.• Annual Planning and Quota setting: Run annual planning process, working with finance and leadership to set targets for sales• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and enhance productivity to improve reporting and analytics.• Data Validation: Ensure accuracy through validation methods and best practices, maintaining high data integrity.• Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of initiatives and manage reporting package for Monthly Sales Reviews.• Data Storytelling: Effectively communicate data insights and narratives to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable information.• Collaboration: Support sales, marketing, and customer success teams with data needs.• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.• 2+ years of experience in an analytics role, preferably in revenue operations at a SAAS company.• Proficiency in Excel.• Proficiency in Salesforce• Experience with Power BI• Experience with Power Point• Excellent collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills.• Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive innovation.

For work locations in the state of Colorado, the anticipated base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $125,000 + bonus. Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
