About the Team

At Zoom, our Renewals team plays a pivotal role in driving long-term customer success and retention.

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do — partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to manage complex renewals, navigate negotiations, and address evolving customer needs.

We proactively engage in strategic conversations around competitor offerings, ensuring customers clearly understand the differentiated value, scalability, and reliability of the Zoom platform. Through data-driven insights and collaborative problem-solving, we help customers maximize their investment and reinforce Zoom’s position as a trusted partner

Responsibilities

  • Driving proactive renewal management and tracking to increase MRR and NRR while developing effective strategies for customer retention and revenue growth.

  • Negotiating renewal terms, pricing, and contract extensions to maximize upsell, cross-sell, and multi-year opportunities that strengthen long-term partnerships.

  • Communicating Zoom’s platform value clearly, tailoring benefits and TCO messaging to diverse customer personas and business objectives

  • Building consultative relationships by understanding customer needs through reviews, discovery sessions, and proactive outreach across multiple engagement channels.

  • Leading retention efforts for at-risk customers by coordinating cross-functional support, fostering accountability, and leveraging executive engagement for lasting success.

  • Forecasting renewal performance weekly and quarterly, tracking churn, risk, and upsell opportunities through Clari and maintaining accurate CRM records.

  • Monitoring renewal trends and customer feedback to identify insights, enhance experiences, and drive continuous process improvement across the renewals function.

What we’re looking for

  • Bring 4+ years of experience in a SaaS or Cloud organization, within sales, customer success, or renewals.

  • Lead complex renewal negotiations with professionalism, creativity, and a focus on mutually positive outcomes.

  • Foster collaboration, build relationships, and apply formidable negotiation skills to achieve shared goals.

  • Develop and manage accurate renewal forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics to support

  • data-driven decision-making.

  • Demonstrate a proven record of client satisfaction, teamwork, and cross-functional partnership that drives customer success.

  • Deliver engaging, strategic presentations that connect Zoom’s value to customer priorities and outcomes.

  • Communicate with confidence and consultative acumen, adapting verbal and interpersonal skills to meet diverse customer and business needs.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$96,300.00

Maximum:

$210,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
