About the Role:
The Sr. Recruiting Scheduler plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike. As part of the People Inc. Talent Acquisition team, you’ll support the full recruiting lifecycle by managing interview scheduling, assisting with candidate sourcing, and helping deliver an exceptional candidate experience across multiple business lines—including Engineering, Product, Performance Marketing, Commerce, and Growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and engaging hiring process.
About Your Contributions:
Interview Coordination:
Own the scheduling process for interviews across multiple departments, coordinating calendars, managing logistics, and ensuring a professional, timely, and organized experience for all participants.
Candidate Experience:
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and a positive reflection of People Inc.’s culture and values.
Recruiting Support:
Partner with recruiters to help identify and source candidates who are a strong fit for People Inc.’s team and mission.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure all interview logistics are managed effectively, feedback is gathered promptly, and candidates move efficiently through each stage.
Process & Data Management:
Maintain accurate candidate records and interview details in the applicant tracking system (ATS), upholding data integrity and compliance.
Ad Hoc Coordination:
Provide administrative and project support for the Talent Acquisition team as needed—including process documentation, reporting, and event or hiring initiative support.
About You:
Experience: 2-4 years of interview scheduling or recruiting coordination experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
Collaborative: A proactive team player skilled at working with multiple stakeholders and departments.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor.
Adaptable & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and using new tools, systems, and technologies; flexible when priorities shift.
Growth-Minded: Motivated to learn and develop within the Talent Acquisition or Human Resources field.

Pay Range
Hourly: California: $27.00 - $27.00The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
