NOW HIRING: SENIOR RECRUITER – HOME-BASED
Global Recruitment | Remote Hiring

Company: Teamficient
Work Setup: Remote / Home-Based
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: $750–$1,000 per month
Shift: Graveyard shift / night shift, depending on business needs
Work Hours: 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break
Days Off: 2 days per week, schedule to be determined

Teamficient is looking for a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries and global talent markets.

This role is ideal for a proactive, resourceful, and results-driven recruiter who can manage high-volume hiring, build strong talent pipelines, partner effectively with hiring managers, and consistently deliver quality hires within target timelines.

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process while helping strengthen Teamficient’s employer brand in international talent markets.

Key Responsibilities
Senior Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across different departments, industries, and countries

  • Source, screen, interview, and endorse qualified candidates for various positions

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill, high-volume, and specialized roles

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across different international markets

  • Use LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, Boolean search, online communities, and other sourcing channels to attract qualified talent

  • Conduct initial interviews, behavioral assessments, and competency-based evaluations

  • Assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, work experience, technical fit, culture fit, and long-term potential

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and professional experience

  • Support offer discussions, salary alignment, and candidate negotiation when needed

Hiring Manager Partnership
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and timeline expectations

  • Provide market insights, candidate availability updates, and recruitment recommendations

  • Help refine job descriptions, screening questions, and interview criteria

  • Ensure hiring managers receive qualified candidates within agreed turnaround times

  • Maintain clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders regarding recruitment progress

Recruitment Operations and Reporting
  • Track recruitment activity, candidate progress, and hiring outcomes using ATS, HRIS, project management tools, and recruitment trackers

  • Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and candidate pipeline health

  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records, interview notes, and recruitment reports

  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase recruitment efficiency and candidate quality

  • Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire

Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
  • Represent Teamficient professionally across job boards, social media platforms, and candidate communication channels

  • Promote Teamficient as a preferred remote employer for global talent

  • Support employer branding initiatives, hiring campaigns, and online recruitment events

  • Ensure every candidate receives timely, respectful, and professional communication throughout the hiring process

Compliance and Best Practices
  • Follow recruitment best practices and ethical hiring standards

  • Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with applicable labor requirements and internal hiring guidelines

  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, recruitment tools, sourcing methods, and remote hiring practices


Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a senior recruiter, lead recruiter, or talent acquisition role

  • Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer stage

  • Strong experience in high-volume recruitment and fast-paced hiring environments

  • Experience recruiting for remote, international, offshore, or global roles is highly preferred

  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, Boolean search, referrals, and talent communities

  • Excellent interviewing, screening, candidate assessment, and shortlisting skills

  • Ability to manage multiple roles and hiring priorities at the same time

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable using ATS, HRIS, spreadsheets, and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Zoho, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, night-shift or graveyard-shift setup

  • Additional language skills, including Spanish, are a plus but not required


Technical Requirements
  • High-performance laptop or desktop, preferably Intel i7 or equivalent with at least 16GB RAM

  • Stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps

  • Backup internet connection or backup ISP

  • Noise-canceling headset for calls and interviews

  • Backup power source such as UPS or generator

  • Dual monitors preferred for multitasking
