About the Company
Why We Built Lyric: Supply chains are more critical and complex than ever. Every day, large enterprises navigate trillions of possible decisions that could impact the bottom line. Powerful algorithms and AI can address these problems, yet most organizations struggle to leverage supply chain AI at scale. The current SCM technologies are either rigid, limited-scope point solutions or custom solutions built in-house, which demand immense expertise and investment.
That is…until now.
Enter Lyric: Lyric is an enterprise AI platform built specifically for supply chains, offering the best of both worlds:
Out-of-the-box AI solutions for optimizing networks, allocating inventory, scheduling routes, planning fulfillment capacity, promising orders, propagating demand, building predictions, analyzing scenarios, and more, plus
A platform-first approach that empowers both business and technical users with end-to-end product composability, leveraging no-code tools, their own code, or even forking our code to build and refine supply chain decision intelligence
With Lyric, enterprises no longer have to choose between flexibility and speed, they get both.
The Mission: We’re building a new era in supply chain with the team best equipped to lead it. With over 20 years at the intersection of supply chain and algorithms, we developed a deep conviction that global supply chains needed something like Lyric. Since our inception in December 2021, that conviction has been validated time and time again.
Today, a growing number of Fortune 500 companies, including Smurfit WestRock, Estée Lauder, Coca-Cola, Nike, and more, are innovating on their own terms with Lyric. We can’t wait to see what our customers, both current and future, are empowered to build with us next. Come build with us!
About the role
Lyric is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own and scale our talent acquisition efforts across the US + EMEA. This role will be our first dedicated recruiting hire focused on these regions and will report directly to the Head of People.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a talent acquisition specialist who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments. You'll own full-cycle recruiting with an emphasis on GTM roles, partner closely with leadership to build best-in-class hiring processes, and establish the recruiting infrastructure that will scale with Lyric's growth.
You'll be responsible not only for delivering exceptional hires but also for building the systems, metrics, and employer brand that position Lyric as a destination for top-tier talent.

Partner with Hiring Managers and interviewers to design and execute best-in-class interview processes, including leading interviewer training, calibration sessions, and hiring enablement
Create and maintain a prioritization framework for recruiting support across all open roles, and serve as a strategic advisor for lower-priority roles that you are not managing end-to-end
Build and own recruiting metrics and reporting across all hiring activity, including maintaining and managing the ATS (Ashby), tracking pipeline health, time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of hire metrics
Build and own Lyric's employment brand, including employer brand strategy, content development, and channel management (LinkedIn, careers page, social media, job boards, etc.)
Drive outbound sourcing strategies to engage passive, hard-to-reach talent in technical and complex GTM functions, leveraging creative sourcing techniques and building robust talent pipelines
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey, ensuring candidates feel informed, respected, and excited about Lyric
Scale recruiting operations as the company grows, establishing scalable processes, tools, and frameworks that support hiring velocity without compromising quality
Who you are
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with exposure to GTM hiring at enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or AI/ML businesses
2+ years of startup or scale-up experience, with a familiarity and passion for building in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Proven track record of hiring in high-talent-density environments, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize quality over quantity and maintain a high talent bar
Strong outbound sourcing skills, with experience identifying, engaging, and closing niche or hard-to-find talent in competitive markets
Deep experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby strongly preferred), recruiting tools, and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express yourself clearly and succinctly, adjust your style to different stakeholders, and effectively sell candidates on the opportunity
Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with experience working cross-functionally with hiring managers and interviewers to drive alignment and buy-in
Executive presence and credibility, with the ability to confidently engage with senior leadership and founders, influence hiring strategy, and manage expectations with strategic insight and business acumen
Location: Remote - US. EST or CST Preferred.
