Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team for a 6-month engagement. This role will manage end-to-end recruiting across a variety of disciplines, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, efficient hiring experience. This is a temporary, full-time position and requires on-site presence in the office every workday.
Core Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles across game development, creative, production, and corporate functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and team needs
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, networking, and pipeline building
- Screen resumes, conduct recruiter interviews, and coordinate interview loops with candidates and internal teams
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Facilitate offer preparation, compensation alignment, and offer delivery in partnership with leadership
- Coordinate and support onboarding for new employees, including first-day readiness, documentation, and cross-functional handoffs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations
- Support a seamless handoff at the end of the engagement, including documentation of open roles and active pipelines
Core Qualifications
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, ideally within game development, media, or entertainment environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced startup setting
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work on-site in the office every day
- Availability to commit to a temporary, full-time role for approximately 6 months

Description
- This is a temporary, 6-month engagement.
- Role is on-site in Santa Monica, CA.
- Office is located near downtown Santa Monica – near metro and freeways.
The pay range for this position is $50-$60 per hour. Actual compensation is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
