The Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment across both technical (Engineering) and non-technical (Sales, Operations, and Logistics) teams at Flexe. This role plays a key part in shaping our organization by partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver high-impact talent strategies and exceptional candidate experiences. This job reports to the VP of People.
Job Responsibilities
[75%] Full-Cycle Recruiting & Candidate Management
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including headcount approvals, job posting, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Deliver a transparent and inclusive candidate experience with frequent communication and clear expectations.
- Champion consistent and fair hiring practices across all functions.
[10%] Strategic Talent Acquisition & Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across technical and non-technical teams.
- Partner with department leaders to define hiring needs, build talent profiles, and drive effective recruiting strategies.
- Utilize data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and influence outcomes.
[10%] Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, applicants, and referrals.
- Tailor sourcing approaches for engineering, sales, and operations roles.
- Focus on building and maintaining strong, well-qualified candidate pipelines that align with role requirements and team goals.
[5%] Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner with People Operations and People Business Partner on onboarding and workforce planning.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, time to hire, candidate and hiring manager experience scores.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline recruiting processes and enhance efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical functions
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, market trends, and modern recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse)
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions independently
- Proven ability to take full ownership of hiring outcomes, with a strong sense of personal accountability for maintaining fair, consistent, and high-integrity hiring practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth tech and logistics environments
- Highly skilled in using data and insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve recruiting processes.
- Smartsheet, Slack and Google Suite experience highly desired
Anticipated Contract Length: 5 months
Working Hours: Up to 40 Hours per week depending on requisition load
Pay Range: The salary range for this role is $58 - 74 per hour depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen.
