UTA seeks a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition to provide full life cycle recruiting partnership to Corporate Functions and various other areas as needed. The Recruiter will lead full life-cycle recruiting efforts with a focus on modern, tech-enabled talent acquisition. This role requires a strategic partner who can navigate all-levels of stakeholder management while leveraging AI-driven tools and advanced analytics to optimize the hiring funnel. The ideal candidate is an expert at sourcing and hiring across diverse business units, maintaining a rapid pace without sacrificing quality. This role reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition and will be onsite in Beverly Hills.
The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Full Life Cycle Execution: Execute end-to-end recruitment for Corporate roles, ensuring a seamless transition from intake to onboarding.
AI-Enhanced Sourcing: Utilize AI-powered sourcing technique to identify passive talent and automate initial outreach, increasing pipeline diversity and speed.
Ashby Mastery: Manage the recruitment ecosystem within Ashby, utilizing its advanced scheduling, automated workflows, and real-time reporting to eliminate administrative bottlenecks.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze advanced KPIs beyond basic volume—focusing on Quality of Hire, Passthrough Rates, Cost-per-Hire, and Predictive Diversity Analytics to influence hiring strategy.
Stakeholder Partnership: Function as a talent advisor to hiring managers, using data to manage expectations, define "what great looks like," and provide market mapping insights. Search Leadership: Lead high-touch searches critical roles, ensuring a premium candidate experience and sophisticated negotiation handling.
System Optimization: Continuously audit the recruitment tech stack to ensure integration between the ATS, CRM, and AI assessment tools.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with TA team to enhance the employer brand and ensure that our career openings reach excellent candidates.
What You'll Need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
Experience: 8+ years of relevant recruitment experience, with a significant portion dedicated to in-house recruitment and high- volume search.
Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Ashby (preferred) or modern ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse). Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and AI sourcing extensions.
Analytical Rigor: Ability to build and interpret dashboards. You should be comfortable explaining a "hiring funnel" and using data to pivot search strategies when pipelines stall.
Advanced Interviewing: Expertise in behavioral-based interviewing and structured interview rubrics to reduce bias and improve selection accuracy.
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to draft complex offer letters and navigate sophisticated equity or bonus negotiations.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on long-term talent strategy.
