Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on Operations and General & Administrative (G&A) functions. This role will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for Operations and G&A roles.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates, including social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.

  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and selection.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

  • Interview Process: Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing insights and recommendations to hiring managers.

  • Offer Management: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive offers and manage negotiations.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Tempus’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Operations and G&A functions.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms, including ATS systems.

  • Attributes: Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Illinois Pay Range: $65,000 – $90,000 USD

The expected salary range above is applicable if the role is performed from Illinois and may vary for other locations (California, Colorado, New York). Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience. Tempus offers a full range of benefits, which may include incentive compensation, restricted stock units, medical and other benefits depending on the position.
