We are looking for a strong sales, go-to-market recruiter who is passionate about owning and managing the end-to-end hiring process between candidates and hiring managers.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Partnership:
    • Partner with hiring managers, PBPs, and other key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class experience of identifying, attracting, negotiating, and closing high-quality candidates to fulfill the GTM/Sales recruiting goals.
    • Achieve TA objectives by managing the end-to-end process of a minimum of 15 roles from recruiting and evaluating candidates on a consistent set of qualifications to advising managers on hiring as well as managing all candidate pre-hire requirements. 
    • Work with the hiring manager to finalize job descriptions and qualifications.
    • Manage the end-to-end process from kickoff to closing and offer distribution.
    • Build and maintain proactive partnerships with all internal and external client groups in order to understand the business needs, staffing needs, and issues, as well as offer solutions through creative and effective sourcing resources and tools.
    • Participate in regular strategy meetings with hiring managers and PBPs by providing a consultative approach.
  • Talent Branding and Community Building: 
    • Serve as our TA brand champion leveraging our values to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent in a meaningful way.
    • Develop and maintain a network and pipeline of talent in a high quality / high volume / high demand environment. 
    • Work to build a diverse pipeline, through networking, building relationships with diversity organizations in tech, educating hiring managers on unconscious bias, and amplifying our training and process that encourages successful DEIB outcomes.
    • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Data and Analytics: 
    • Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to hiring team members and key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
    • Meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates 
    • Gather competitive intelligence, industry trends, and labor market conditions and create search strategies based on findings.
What You’ll Add to DigitalOcean:
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in a full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume, high-business impact roles simultaneously
  • 3+ years of sales or GTM recruiting experience in a full life-cycle environment
  • Experience communicating with senior leaders (up to VP level) in a mid-size and growing organization or startup
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, relentless follow-up, resourcefulness, and very strong communication skills. Able to successfully manage hiring managers' expectations on hiring.  
  • Proven and successful track record of sourcing and community building through various channels, such as Github, Stackoverflow, LinkedIn, local recruiting resources, and assessing qualified candidates from any other applicable resources.
  • Strong relationship builder with hiring managers and all recruiting partners. 
  • Has basic understanding of equity, company benefits and perks, in order to answer candidates’ questions 
  • Excellent negotiating and closing skills 
  • Experience within startup and high-growth companies. 
  • Understands and can sell company brand and organization and recommend unique and creative ways to overcome recruiting challenges 
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
  • High Competency in recruiting software tools/sources, such as Greenhouse, Google Suites, and LinkedIn

  • We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is $138,432 - $207,648 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
