The brands on your kitchen shelf are run by people doing extraordinary work that nobody sees.
We're building the platform they run on, and a brand they'll be proud to be part of.
Confido is the AI operating system that runs cash application, deductions, trade and planning in one place for CPG brands. That means Finance, Sales, and Ops finally work on the same number.
We’re trusted by 250+ brands managing $20B+ in revenue, including Daisy, OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Idahoan, and more. We've achieved best-in-class growth and recently raised a $55M Series B led by Insight Partners to accelerate our momentum.

If you want your work on shelves everywhere — and outsized ownership while you build — we'd love to meet you.

THE ROLE

We're building the operating system for CPG brands—covering demand planning, finance, accounting, and sales in one platform. We just raised a $55M Series B, and we're adding new modules and products that mean every team—Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Design, Data Science, Engineering—is expanding. We plan to double the company next year. Hiring is a core lever for us right now.

We're looking for a Senior Generalist Recruiter to own searches across the entire company. Q4 is in a good spot, but hiring ramps significantly in Q1 and won't slow down after that. This role exists so that no team waits on recruiting capacity.

You'll own searches end-to-end—sourcing, running, and closing—and you'll need to move between an ML Engineer, an Enterprise AE, and a Brand Marketer in the same week without missing a beat.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, BizOps, Marketing, Product, Design, and technical roles—wherever the business needs you most that month/quarter

  • Pivot quickly between functions, getting up to speed on what great looks like for each role and calibrating fast with hiring managers

  • Partner directly with dedicated hiring managers to align on scope, calibrate candidates, and drive fast, confident decisions

  • Run searches on established processes—most roles already have interview plans, rubrics, and templates fully built in Ashby for you to copy, adapt, and make your own

  • Drive outbound sourcing with a high bar for quality. Finding profiles is the easy part now; writing outreach that's genuinely personal and legitimate is what gets responses. We care about the difference

  • Partner with our dedicated sourcer on high-priority roles to build pipeline quickly without cutting corners

  • Keep searches moving, hold stakeholders accountable, and close candidates

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS

  • Genuine range: you've recruited across technical and non-technical functions and can speak credibly to both an engineering manager and a sales leader

  • Proven ability to operate as a senior IC

  • Strong outbound sourcing and messaging skills—your outreach reads like it was written by a person who did their homework, not an AI-generated token

  • Comfortable managing a high req load across multiple functions without letting quality or candidate experience slip

  • Sharp judgment on candidate signal across different profiles—you know what separates strong candidates from strong interviewers in more than one function

  • Excited by volume and variety rather than worn down by it

WHAT THIS ROLE IS (AND ISN'T)

  • You'll join a Talent team with three dedicated recruiters for Sales, BizOps, and Technical, plus a technical sourcer

  • You'll be the flex capacity across the org—expect your mix of roles to shift quarter to quarter based on where the business is growing fastest

  • You won't be building processes from scratch; the infrastructure is there. Your job is to execute at a high level and sharpen it as you go

  • You'll be expected to move fast without sacrificing quality

VARIABLE COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary plus a quarterly bonus (15% annually)

  • Each quarter you'll be assigned a set number of reqs; hit the fill target and you earn the quarterly bonus

  • Every hire beyond the target includes an additional kicker—the more you close, the more you earn

WHY THIS ROLE

  • We're doubling the team next year, so you'll have a direct hand in shaping nearly every function at the company

  • Exposure to every part of the business—GTM strategy, product roadmap, technical architecture—not just one org

  • Strong support system: a built-out Talent team, dedicated sourcing help, and mature tooling in Ashby

  • A comp structure that rewards output directly

YOUR FIRST SIX WEEKS

  • Week 1: Onboarding + Product Bootcamp, run by Maddie. You'll learn the platform, our customers, and the problems we solve for CPG brands, so you can pitch the company with real depth from day one

  • Week 2: You'll take on your first req, a well-calibrated search with a clear profile and an engaged hiring manager, so you can get reps on our process right away

  • Week 3: Intro calls and alignment with hiring managers and the Talent team to understand priorities across the org

  • Week 4: Ashby deep dive/retro: workflows, templates, and hygiene standards, after you've been in the weeds so your pipeline data is clean, built reliably, and easy to run analyses

  • Week 5: Learn the pitch for 2–3 additional roles across different functions to build your range

  • Week 6: Fully onboarded and running a full req load (5-8 roles, some with multi-seats)

Stack: Ashby, Noon, LinkedIn Recruiter, WAAS, BuiltIn

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
