Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts at Curri for Outside Sales and Engineering roles, establishing best practices and strategic processes.
The role:
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Recruiter to be the founding member of our in-house Talent team. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead recruiting efforts for our Outside Sales organization and support key Engineering/Technical roles as needed. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and company leadership to shape our hiring strategy, build strong candidate pipelines, and help us scale with quality and speed.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, builder environment and wants to lay the foundation for Curri’s long-term talent acquisition function.
What you will do:
- Serve as the first in-house recruiter at Curri, establishing best practices and scalable processes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles for Outside Sales and select technical roles
- Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and closing
- Build strong candidate pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, job boards, and strategic outreach
- Craft compelling job descriptions and candidate messaging to attract top talent
- Maintain and optimize data and workflows in our ATS (Lever)
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and pipeline health
- Act as a thought partner to hiring leaders and company executives as we grow
What you need to have:
- 4–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments
- Proven success in recruiting for outside sales roles and/or territory-based field roles
- Experience hiring for technical functions such as engineering, product, or data science
- Skilled in creative sourcing techniques and proactive candidate outreach
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and partner with hiring leaders
- Comfortable operating autonomously, building processes from scratch, and juggling multiple open roles
- Metrics-driven, organized, and highly adaptable
- Experience using Lever or similar ATS platforms
- Passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams
What is in it for you?
- Opportunity to shape the future of construction logistics through cutting-edge technology
- Significant autonomy to drive mobile innovation and implementation strategy
- Remote-friendly environment with a flexible schedule that emphasizes outcomes over process
- We believe there is no work/life—there is only life, and we want your time at Curri to be life-giving and foster the best version of you
- Competitive salary, equity compensation grant, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401K
