We are looking for someone to join the MongoDB Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Recruiter, aligned to our Customer Go To Market (GTM) Business Unit. Customer GTM encompasses Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Professional Services and Application Modernization. While this role will be aligned primarily to Customer Success, we expect this person to effectively support any role across all of Go to Market.

This role can be based out of our Austin or New York city offices or remotely in the United States.
Position Expectations- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, partnering with them on everything from writing job descriptions and setting recruiting strategies, to closing candidates
- Develop sourcing strategies to generate sufficient pipeline, using a variety of innovative techniques including social networking and direct sourcing
- Utilize data and our various tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem) to showcase hiring progress, candidate pipeline and to help influence the overall hiring strategy
- Leverage deep pipeline knowledge to forecast hiring progress and proactively address risks.
- Establish strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders to understand their business objectives and challenges, to ensure the selection process results in high quality hires
- Create and ensure best-in-class candidate experience throughout the full hiring process
- Proactively look for opportunities for us to improve our hiring processes and partner with your business leaders to implement these strategies
- Contribute across multiple teams and time zones, demonstrating the flexibility to handle a wide range of responsibilities
- Collaborates effectively and maintains consistent communication with talent ecosystem partners to support hiring needs
- 5 plus years full life-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 1 year experience focused on technical/engineering roles
- At least 1 year of in house recruitment experience required
- Proven success recruiting across North America (including LATAM and Canada); international experience a plus
- A track record of hitting and exceeding headcount targets over a stated period of time
- Hands on experience managing multiple requisitions, of varying levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment, with conflicting priorities
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and an ability to effectively deliver content to people at all levels
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
