Job Description:
Job Title: Senior Recruiter – Contract
Duration: 2–3 months (with potential extension)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to support immediate hiring needs across multiple business lines, including deposition services, operations, and corporate functions. This role will focus on high-volume and specialized recruiting, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent quickly and efficiently.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with urgency and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles (hourly, professional, and niche positions)
- Partner with hiring managers (including senior leaders) to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Drive candidate pipeline development for critical roles, particularly in deposition services and technical recruiting
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Lever or similar)
- Provide market insight on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends
- Support process improvements and recruiting best practices as needed
Qualifications:
- 3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience recruiting for high-volume and/or specialized roles (legal services, operations, or tech a plus)
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to proactively identify talent
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Experience with ATS systems (Lever strongly preferred)

Compensation: $50/hour with a minimum commitment of 35 hours per week (contract, no benefits)
