About the role
We are growing quickly, and we’re looking for a senior-level recruiter to help us build exceptional teams. This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time, depending on organizational needs. While we operate hybrid without a strict in-office policy, we are prioritizing candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our office is in Mountain View, CA.
Responsibilities- Drive and manage the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple functions at Contextual AI. From intake, sourcing, screening, and stakeholder alignment to offer negotiation and closing.
- Build strong, diverse pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse CRM campaigns, and creative out-of-the-box sourcing strategies. You know how to identify talent beyond obvious channels.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, executives, and the broader People team. You act as a strategic advisor, setting expectations, refining hiring needs, and executing hiring plans with speed and quality.
- Own and run the closing process. Partner with compensation and hiring managers to craft competitive offers and close top-tier talent.
- Raise the hiring bar. Up-level interview practices, drive structure and consistency, and coach stakeholders to build exceptional teams.
- Deliver a world-class candidate experience. Act as a trusted ambassador for Contextual AI, ensuring every touchpoint reflects excellence.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You thrive in ambiguity and move with urgency.
- 4+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience. Plus 2+ years of solid sourcing experience.
- Deep curiosity and passion for staying ahead of market trends. You constantly evolve your recruiting strategy and tools.
- A proven record of hitting hiring goals, building strong pipelines, and producing measurable outcomes. You operate with accountability and high standards.
- Strong stakeholder management. You confidently guide GTM leaders, influence decisions, and raise the talent bar.
- Demonstrated ability to elevate hiring quality and enforce structured, rigorous recruiting practices. You build scalable systems, not ad hoc processes.
- Experience using Gem and Greenhouse.
- Prior hiring experience in technical functions such as engineering, research, or TPM!
