- Lead full-cycle recruitment for multifamily, hospitality, and corporate positions, with a primary focus on leadership-level, hard-to-fill, and high-impact roles.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, serving as a trusted advisor on talent availability, compensation expectations, interview strategy, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with operational and executive leadership to understand business objectives and develop recruiting strategies that support workforce needs.
- Participate in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational growth initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activity, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.
- Utilize data and reporting to identify trends, improve recruiting performance, and influence hiring decisions.
- Evaluate current recruiting processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring success.
- Help develop and maintain recruiting procedures, training resources, and best practices for hiring managers and interview teams.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
- Create compelling job advertisements and recruitment marketing content.
- Support recruiting events, job fairs, networking initiatives, and employer branding efforts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or blended environment.
- Proven success recruiting leadership, specialized, or difficult-to-fill positions.
- Strong passive sourcing and relationship-building skills.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers in a consultative capacity.
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Experience within multifamily, hospitality, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Supports our West Los Angeles office.

- Bachelor’s degree is required, and a minimum of five to seven years of experience as a recruiter either in a corporate or agency setting; including experience recruiting for leadership, specialized, and difficult-to-fill position
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders, executives, and key business stakeholders
- Experience developing recruitment metrics, dashboards, and hiring analytics
- Experience creating and implementing recruiting processes and process improvements
- Experience within multifamily, hospitality, real estate, or related industries strongly preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking and onboarding systems a plus
- English/Spanish verbal and written skills highly desired
- Ability to schedule travel, calendars, and meetings; skilled in preparing a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws, regulations, and agency rules about recruitment and selection; current human resources certification preferred
- Understanding of the commercial real estate industry multifamily sector is preferred but not required
- Expected work hours: 7:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends
- Travel: Up to 50%
