Lead Quality Assurance for networking products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement across teams while mentoring quality professionals.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Lead end-to-end Quality Assurance across the Business Unit for networking products, include NPI, Mass Production, components and supplier quality. QMS, CIP, PFMEA, PokaYoke, Gemba Walk, and Quality Excellence.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and comply all customer quality requirements. Fostering strong and collaborative relationships with clients.
- Lead cross-functional teams to build up Total Quality Management culture and drive for Continuous Quality Improvement.
- Introduce and implement advanced manufacturing technologies and innovations to enhance quality.
- Develop and mentor a team of leadership with well-rounded, high-potential quality professionals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of Quality or Engineering experience, minimum 5 years in Quality management position.
- At least 8 years of experience in electronic manufacturing within a Contract Manufacturer (CM) environment with a proven record.
- Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Vietnamese or Chinese.
- Position will be on rotation to Vietnam
- Willing to work under pressure.
