Job Description
1. Review APP & Web requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
2. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
3. Estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate testing activities
4. Design, develop and execute Manual scripts using internal Manual framework and system
5. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track all bugs
6. Perform thorough Regression testing for APP when bugs are resolved
7. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet business needs
8. Liaise with internal teams, i.e. Developers and Product Managers to identify and monitor debugging process results
9. Track QA metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
10. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
 
Qualifications
1. At least 7+ years of working experience performing APP Manual software-related testing 
2. Hands-on APP & Web testing experience with both white box and black box testing
3. Web/Mobile Full-stack Manual testing experience 
4. Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
5. Familiar with writing at least one scripting language-  Python, Ruby, or Java
6. Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
7. Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum development process
8. Has interest & talent on Product analysis hacking mindset
9. Fluent English level with basic Chinese speaking skill 
10. BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject
11. Bonus: Experience in performance or security testing, 20-30% automation framework design and implementation
