Define testing strategies, review requirements, execute manual and automated functional, regression, exploratory, end-to-end, accessibility, API, and integration testing. Build and maintain UI and API automation suites within CI/CD pipelines. Coordinate user acceptance testing, manage defects and release-risk reporting, and improve QA processes. Evaluate AI agents and LLM features using datasets that assess accuracy, consistency, and guardrails.
Skill set:
- 6+ years of software testing experience, including 3+ years in test automation.
- Strong manual testing and test design skills.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium or Cypress.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or pytest.
- Coding skills in C#, Python or TypeScript.
- Experience testing .NET and Angular or React applications, and SQL skills for data validation.
- Experience with BDD frameworks, CI/CD integration and Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Great to have: Experience testing AI or LLM applications, performance testing (JMeter or k6), security or accessibility testing, legal tech experience, or ISTQB certification.
Responsibilities:
- Define test strategies and plans and review requirements early with our Business Analyst and Product Owner.
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, end-to-end and accessibility testing.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing with business users.
- Build and maintain automated UI, API and integration test suites, and run them in CI/CD pipelines.
- Test AI agents and LLM features, including building evaluation datasets to check accuracy, consistency and guardrails.
