Job Summary

Our Senior QA Engineers are determined to refine our code and testing practices in order to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.

You are a passionate advocate for software quality, its role in our society, and its value to our clients. You deeply understand nuances of how to achieve experiences which are high performance, highly secure and compliant, and usable and accessible to diverse audiences. You possess outstanding quality assurance skills and a solid understanding of contemporary tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities
  • Hands-on quality assurance testing of user-focused web and responsive web applications, as well as the backend systems and infrastructure that support these experiences; advocating for clean code, testing, process refinements, and continuous improvements

  • Collaborate with a team of engineers to plan, develop, and maintain robust testing strategies, covering both manual testing and automation testing.

  • Define and communicate an accurate web test strategy to provide both qualitative and quantitative status/defect reports in a timely fashion.

  • Perform feature-based requirements gathering, test execution, regression testing, and functional system testing.

  • Be actively involved in release cycles by contributing to scope planning, test effort estimation, and release sign-off

  • Complete assigned tasks promptly within project constraints.

  • Cultivate a collaborative working environment and a culture of technical ownership.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of QA experience testing responsive web, mobile, and custom applications in Agile environments

  • Strong background in test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect management

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools including Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Katalon, and Robot Framework

  • Experience with unit, API, and performance testing tools, as well as CI/CD platforms

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, Python, and Java

  • Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA+), security, and application performance optimization

  • Proficient with JIRA and Confluence for test management and collaboration

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills with a quality-focused mindset
