Overview
Stelic is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support a major data center program while representing the owner. This hybrid role combines three weeks of remote work and one week of on-site work per month. On-site, you will ensure accurate progress integration, schedule integrity, and clear coordination across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. You will serve as a key owner’s representative, driving transparency, accountability, and decision-ready reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead schedule development, coordination, and analysis as an owner’s representative for a multi-site data center program.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze Primavera P6 schedules with complete logic, coding, and activity structure.
• Run weekly update cycles by coordinating with project managers, field teams, design partners, and commissioning leads.
• Conduct site visits to validate progress, sequencing, and remaining durations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports with clear insights, risk indicators, and recommended actions.
• Support schedule risk reviews and scenario modeling.
• Maintain baseline integrity and ensure changes follow structured change management processes.
• Integrate long-lead procurement, manufacturing, and equipment delivery updates.
• Align construction activities with commissioning and startup paths for critical power and mechanical systems.
• Maintain consistent, audit-ready documentation and narratives for owner oversight.
Requirements
• 5 - 9 years of scheduling experience on large capital or data center projects.
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Experience supporting owners or acting in an owner’s-representative capacity.
• Ability to validate field progress through structured reviews and periodic site visits.
• Strong understanding of commissioning logic, MEP coordination, and critical path flow.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert complex schedule data into clear guidance for stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related field preferred.
