The Senior Project Manager will oversee complex projects, ensure adherence to plans and budgets, lead teams, manage client relationships, and ensure successful project execution.

As a Senior Project Manager at DN, you will own project execution through adherence to project plans and specifications while meeting schedule deadlines and project budgets. You will become a leader for project teams, enforcing policies, implementing controls, and maintaining relationships to achieve successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage highly complex and cornerstone projects
- Lead regional construction department through departmental meetings,proactive discussion topics, and offer mentorship to junior team members.
- Manage project team throughout the core business processes of pre-job planning, project execution, and project closeout.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring clear communication, proactive problem-solving, consistently exceeding expectations throughout the construction project lifecycle.
- Engage stakeholders to establish clear project scope, objectives, and requirements while ensuring alignment.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, establishing milestones for each phase; conduct regular progress reviews, making necessary adjustments for on-time delivery; proactively identify and deploy strategies to mitigate potential schedule delays and maintain project progress.
- Provide detailed communication to stakeholders through deliver timely project updates and reports.
- Thoroughly review project contracts for consistency with scope, budget, and timelines, managing subcontractor scopes to ensure successful execution
- Ensure seamless collaboration among subcontractors for timely task execution; oversee progress, address issues promptly, and ensure project efficiency.
- Prepare, manage, and adapt project budgets; track expenses, negotiate contracts, and change orders, and implement cost-effective strategies while leading to overall project success.
- Review and oversee project expenditures encompassing workforce, machinery, and supplies, predicting costs and adeptly administer budgetary and cash flow operations.
- Responsible for guiding the project team to meet KPIs, covering safety, quality, schedule, productivity, and financial aspects.
- Strict adherence to the Quality Control and Safety Programs.
- Organize Project Closeout Meeting to review achievements, address tasks, and gather stakeholder feedback for a smooth transition post-project.
- Evaluate superintendent's performance in leadership, project management, and team coordination; offer constructive feedback for professional development.
- Assign and review work for Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, delivering leadership and mentorship to foster their technical progress and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience as a Project Manager or relevant experience
- Ability to foster individual growth and directly supervising a team.
- Exceptional communication skills to foster seamless team collaboration and engage clients effectively.
- Highly developed problem-solving proficiency to address intricate challenges with confidence.
- Proficient in conflict resolution, skillfully managing disputes to maintain project cohesion and harmony
