As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow projects, mentor delivery teams, and ensure client success at every step.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects and programs — from planning through execution — ensuring scope, budget, and timeline are met.

  • Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, aligning project goals to client vision and outcomes.

  • Define and manage scope, milestones, and deliverables, communicating progress clearly and proactively to stakeholders.

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and client meetings, driving collaboration and accountability across teams.

  • Monitor budgets and forecasts, analyze profitability, and ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.

  • Identify and mitigate risks early to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.

  • Coach and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to delivery excellence by maintaining project documentation, status reports, and lessons learned.

  • Collaborate with clients to ensure value realization and high-quality solution delivery.

What You Bring
  • 8–12 years of business-related experience, including 5+ years in technology project or program management.

  • Proven success delivering large, complex enterprise projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

  • Deep understanding of project economics, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and budget forecasting.

  • Experience managing ServiceNow or SaaS implementations (ServiceNow experience strongly preferred).

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to lead teams in a matrixed environment and adapt quickly to ambiguity and change.

  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams toward shared goals.

  • Attention to detail with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field (required)

  • PMP certification (required)

  • Agile/SCRUM certification (preferred)

  • ServiceNow certification or hands-on experience (preferred)

The base salary range for this full‑time position is $135000 to $167000 per year.
Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, and qualifications.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including [medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off.
