What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a highly organized, strategic-minded, and collaborative Senior Project Manager to lead the transformation of Custom Ink’s Revenue team. The ideal candidate excels at managing complex initiatives from ideation through execution, facilitating alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, and maintaining clear visibility into priorities and progress.
6+ years of experience in project/program management, strategic operations, or business transformation
Strong experience creating centralized project tracking and backlog management systems
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira) and familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Experience organizing cross-functional initiatives with high visibility and impact
Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, and resource allocation across a portfolio of initiatives
A bias for action and a growth mindset with a knack for connecting strategy to execution
What you’ll do:
Lead the transformation program for the Revenue team, building a centralized backlog of initiatives that align with business priorities
Own the intake, scoping, and organization of new strategic initiatives, ensuring clarity of goals, ownership, and alignment
Establish and maintain a centralized dashboard of all active and planned initiatives, including owners, stakeholders, status, and timelines
Facilitate ideation, planning, and prioritization sessions across revenue teams to translate vision into actionable projects
Partner with functional leaders to define initiative success criteria, track progress, and proactively identify risks or blockers
Maintain initiative hygiene by clearly distinguishing active projects from backlog and archiving completed or deprioritized efforts
Support leadership in quarterly and monthly planning routines with up-to-date views of project health and portfolio impact

Adoption and usage of standardized project intake, planning, and reporting processes
Improved cross-functional alignment and visibility into Revenue transformation efforts

How you’ll make a difference:
As Senior Project Manager, Revenue Transformation, you’ll bring clarity, structure, and momentum to some of Custom Ink’s most critical strategic efforts. You’ll drive operational excellence by organizing and advancing a portfolio of transformative initiatives that enable the Revenue team to execute with focus and agility. Through strong collaboration and sharp project leadership, you’ll help create a more connected and effective way of working across teams.
Compensation:
We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.
For this salaried, exempt position, the base salary range is $90,000 - $128,000. Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.
