What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring completion within scope, timeline, and quality expectations. 
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining milestones, timelines, resources, and deliverables. 
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, driving timely execution and delivery. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., technical, sales, support) to ensure alignment and collaboration. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. 
  • Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to stakeholders through regular updates and meetings. 
  • Gather stakeholder feedback, address concerns, and adapt plans to keep projects on track. 
  • Facilitate key project meetings including kickoffs, status updates, and review sessions. 
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. 
  • Report on project health, metrics, and issues to senior leadership. 
  • Capture and share lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement. 
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support successful project outcomes. 
  • Travel up to 15-20%.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 
  • 5–7 years of experience leading mid- to large-scale projects, with a focus on SaaS-based enterprise platforms. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong skills in planning, organization, time management, and execution. 
  • Skilled at identifying risks and developing contingency plans during project implementation. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to meet project goals. 
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
