At BlackStone eIT, we are searching for a highly capable Senior Project Manager who will play a vital role in steering our diverse range of projects to successful completion. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in alignment with our strategic vision and goals.

Your expertise will be essential in coordinating team efforts, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that every project is executed efficiently and effectively. You will utilize your extensive project management skills to navigate challenges and achieve outcomes that exceed our clients' expectations.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation through implementation and closure.
  • Develop clear and detailed project plans that outline scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and establish project objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor project progress, conducting regular status meetings and providing updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement effective project risk management strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including project charters, reports, and change requests.
  • Conduct project retrospectives to assess outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant project management experience, particularly in the technology or software environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is highly desirable.
