This Project Manager role will be an integral member of the Dynapower team and responsible for managing projects of varying size and complexity. This position will be responsible for all aspects of a project, including design, negotiation of commercial terms and conditions, budget review, project schedule, coordination with key internal and external stakeholders, and effectively managing customer relationships for on-time, on-budget delivery. This position will own projects and be expected to create, revise, and update internal processes as required.

General Responsibilities
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Defines project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develops comprehensive project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and status reports
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Regularly communicates and presents project schedules and statuses
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

Additional Experience / Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of project management or project engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, AI (Prompts, LLM, Co-Pilots), SalesForce, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and relevant web application skills at a professional level

  • Detail orientation sufficient to organize and drive multiple projects simultaneously

  • Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines

  • Professional and positive attitude

  • Proven success in process improvement, self-development, planning, and performance management

Travel

This position requires up to 20% domestic, overnight travel. Periodic international travel may be required. Remote employees will be expected to travel to company headquarters approximately once per quarter.

Base Salary Range:

$109,112.00 - $150,029.00
