This role is the execution engine for the Revenue Effectiveness organization, spanning Revenue Operations and GTM Readiness. You will run RevOps as a product — building and managing the roadmap, leading sprint cycles, and ensuring every high-priority initiative moves from concept to impact with speed and precision. In a world where GTM automation, AI workflows, and vendor experimentation are critical to scale, you will be the glue that connects cross-functional teams, orchestrates execution, and ensures new technologies are tested, adopted, and delivering measurable results.
Who You AreWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to bring structure, speed, and clarity to a rapidly evolving GTM organization. While prior experience doing this for a RevOps function is highly desirable, what matters most is your ability to operate in a fast-moving, AI-driven GTM environment. You thrive at connecting dots, translating strategy into execution, and leveraging AI to accelerate results.
Your Role: Senior Project Manager, Revenue EffectivenessCore Responsibilities1. Run RevOps as a Product
- Build and maintain the Revenue Effectiveness roadmap, aligned to strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Define and manage deliverables through sprint cycles, using agile-inspired practices to balance speed and precision.
- Track dependencies, milestones, and risks across all projects.
2. Drive AI-First Project Execution
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows to automate reporting, status tracking, and communication.
- Partner with GTM Readiness to integrate AI into training, enablement, and automation projects.
- Coordinate vendor POCs and pilots to test new GTM tools, measuring adoption, efficiency gains, and ROI.
3. Orchestrate Cross-Functional Delivery
- Serve as the central point of coordination between Sales, CS, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Business Systems.
- Facilitate decision-making, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on scope, timelines, and ownership.
- Maintain transparency through consistent communication, dashboards, and executive updates.
4. Change Management & Adoption
- Develop and execute change management plans to drive adoption of new systems, processes, and automation.
- Partner with leaders to ensure behavioral adoption and clear swim lanes between Revenue Effectiveness, PMO, and Enablement.
- High-impact cross-functional initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and GTM automation.
- AI-driven operational workflows that reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
- Vendor evaluations and pilots to modernize the GTM tech stack.
- Centralized initiative intake and prioritization model to manage competing priorities.
- Leadership communications that ensure visibility and alignment across the organization.
- Consultative Approach: Act as a trusted partner to leadership, surfacing risks, opportunities, and solutions.
- Strategic Mindset: Balance near-term deliverables with the long-term vision for an AI-powered GTM engine.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use metrics to prioritize, track, and measure the impact of all initiatives.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift quickly, and emerging technology is constantly tested.
- 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS, GTM operations, or related functions; RevOps experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success managing technology-focused projects, ideally with AI or automation components.
- Expertise in building and managing roadmaps, sprint cycles, and cross-functional workstreams.
- Strong change management skills with a track record of driving adoption in complex environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification preferred.
- Experience managing vendor POCs and evaluating GTM technology tools a plus.
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City office is targeted at $137,500 - $151,250 per year. Final offers may vary from those listed.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
