We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead our project team in delivering complex, high-impact initiatives. This individual will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring successful completion within scope, schedule, and budget. As part of the role, there is flexibility to take on additional program management responsibilities when needed, supporting broader strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will bring a strong background in project management, a thorough understanding of Waterfall, SCRUM, and/or Hybrid frameworks, and at least 8 years of experience in leading projects in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize your strong project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and key issues.
  • Drive the adoption and effective implementation of both SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies to ensure a smooth project execution process.
  • Ability to effectively lead to successful resolution complex issues/projects on a regular basis; oversees large projects requiring the use of complex project management skills and excellent soft skills.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions, develop detailed project plans, and track progress against milestones.
  • Actively manage risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks.
  • Uphold company values and standards, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status, performance, and future plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and safety standards.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  • Flex into Program Management responsibilities, as required, to oversee multiple related projects and ensure strategic alignment across initiatives.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • 8+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of success, along with typically a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
  • 2+ years of team lead or people management experience.
  • 2+ years with a technical background in software engineering, systems analyst, systems architecture, platform services, DevOps, or related experience.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SCRUM, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management framework.
  • Experience leading projects with technical and non-technical teams, experience defining, documenting, and providing guidance on processes.
  • Proven success working with all levels of leadership/management, experience developing and maintaining partnerships with third-party resources.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience administration and configuring Jira, MS Project, Confluence, PowerBI, Excel, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and complex technical systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration)
  • PMP, ScrumMaster, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience managing complex software projects in areas such as Cloud, IT Infrastructure, and Service Reliability.
  • Strong knowledge of project management and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.).

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
