We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the execution of multiple company-wide growth initiatives as well as M&A integration. This highly visible role will provide structure, governance, and accountability across strategic workstreams that span multiple teams and senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in managing large-scale transformation initiatives 

Reporting into the Senior Director of M&A and partnering closely with Senior Director of Business Operations this individual will be critical in establishing our integration management office (IMO), program management office (PMO), defining key processes, and driving growth initiatives forward. 

 
Position is fully remote, though additional consideration will be given to candidates situated near our hubs (New York, SF, Chicago, Carmel,  Boston, Lambertville) and who are able to maintain a hybrid schedule. 

 

What You'll Do 

Lead Program & Integration Execution: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies that align with business objectives and M&A goals. 

  • Create and manage milestone-based work plans across strategic workstreams, including system (ERP, CRM) and process integration across front- and back-office functions (commercial, forecasting, accounting, payroll, resource management, etc.). 

  • Ensure alignment between sprint goals, integration milestones, and broader strategic initiatives. 

  • Proactively identify and track synergies (cost savings, revenue growth, operational improvements) and ensure delivery against targets. 

  • Track and monitor deliverables, resolve blockers, escalate issues, and ensure business continuity throughout the integration period. 

Governance & Reporting: 

  • Facilitate daily and weekly cross-functional meetings to drive progress. 

  • Standardize reporting templates and maintain initiative health dashboards. 

  • Provide senior leadership concise updates, risk assessments, and decisions points. 

Readiness & Change Management: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leads to track benefit realization and readiness (both financial and operational). 

  • Align execution milestones with business timelines to ensure continuity and continued progress. 

  • Support communications efforts and drive change adoption across the organization. 

Stakeholder Engagement & Accountability: 

  • Lead structured working sessions with enabling teams to drive clarity and execution. 

  • Foster accountability through follow-ups, issue tracking, and stakeholder alignment. 

  • Apply sound judgment to flag risks and provide actionable insights to unblock progress. 

Documentation & PMO Setup: 

  • Establish foundational IMO and PMO processes, tools, and templates. 

  • Codify meeting discussions and outcomes, track action items, and ensure execution is on track. 

  • Maintain a centralized repository for program artifacts and updates. 

What We're Looking For 

  • 7–10+ years of project or program management experience in complex, cross-functional environments 

  • Proven track record leading large-scale initiatives such as M&A integrations or enterprise-wide transformations 

  • Experience and comfortability in working closely with C-level or senior executives and cross-functional teams 

  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, manage diverse stakeholder needs, and exercise sound judgment to drive initiatives forward 

  • Able to work autonomously, push for clarity, and drive accountability 

  • Analytical skills and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial and operational data to inform decisions; proficiency in Excel preferred 

  • Familiarity with managing through ambiguity and balancing strategic thinking with operational execution 

  • Experience in professional services environments a plus 

 

Pay Range: $140,000-$150,000 

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work.
